CCSPC Board of Trustees, director for international affairs join the  3rd Annual Commemoration of Peace Summit ‘17 in Seoul

Global world leaders became peace advocators as part of the implementation on the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Heavenly Cultures World Peace of Light (HCWPL).

Cotabato City State Polytechnic College (CCSPC) President Dammang S. Bantala said the aim of this year’s summit has been to further strengthen synergies among policy makers and civil society to achieve the key elements described in the content of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), drafted by 21 renowned legal experts comprising 10 articles that form the pillars essential to international peace and security.

Dr. Bantala said the commemoration of the September 18th Peace Summit has been an annual gathering of various sectors of society sharing a common interest in the achievement of world peace and the cessation of war.

     The College president exclaimed that his team left Seoul bringing home rich and meaningful experiences.

Meanwhile, the said travel was institutionalized through Resolution No. 012, s. of 2017 endorsed by the Council to the Board of Trustees hence, it was approved during the 3rd Regular Board Meeting, Sept. 13 in Diliman, Quezon City thru Resolution No. 256, s. 2017. //JTH
